欢迎使用 Family Quest。使用本 App 即表示你（作为家长或监护人）同意本服务条款。请仔细阅读。
1. 接受条款
下载、访问或使用 Family Quest 即构成对本条款及 隐私政策 的接受。若不同意，请勿使用本服务。
2. 使用资格
本服务须由 18 周岁以上的家长或法定监护人 注册与掌控。涉及账号与付费的操作受 家长关卡（Parental Gate） 保护，儿童不得独立创建账号或付费。
3. 服务说明
Family Quest 提供零准备的互动故事岛、亲子寻物玩法、时光胶囊录音与记忆相册。内容按 CASEL 社会情绪学习框架编写，仅供家庭娱乐与陪伴，不构成任何教育、医疗或心理专业建议。
4. 账号与家长责任
- 你需对账号凭证的保密与账号下的一切活动负责。
- 你需对孩子在你监护下的使用负责，并对时光胶囊录音的录制与保管知情同意。
- 请提供真实、准确的账号信息并及时更新。
5. 订阅与计费
- 免费：可免费体验前 3 座故事岛及核心功能。
- Premium 订阅：US$7.99 / 月 或 US$49.99 / 年，解锁全部故事岛与每月新增内容。
- 付费通过 Apple App Store 结算，遵循其条款。订阅到期自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭。
- 管理或取消订阅请前往设备的 App Store 账户设置。删除本 App 或注销账号不会自动取消订阅或退款；退款依 Apple 政策办理。
6. 可接受使用
你同意不逆向工程、不滥用、不干扰服务，不将内容用于商业性再分发。
7. 知识产权
App 的故事、插图、音频、代码与品牌均归 Family Quest 或其许可方所有，受法律保护。我们授予你有限的、不可转让的个人使用许可。
8. 用户内容（时光胶囊）
时光胶囊录音归你的家庭所有。我们不主张对其的所有权，仅在为你提供存储与回放服务的最小范围内处理它（详见隐私政策第 3 节），且绝不用于 AI 分析或训练。
9. 免责声明
服务按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对适销性、特定用途适用性作出保证。
10. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，Family Quest 不对间接、附带或后果性损害负责。
11. 终止
你可随时停止使用并删除账号（见 删除账号）。若你违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止你的访问。
12. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款；重大变更将在 App 内提示，可能要求你重新同意。
13. 适用法律
本条款受运营方所在司法辖区法律管辖，不含其冲突法规则。

Welcome to Family Quest. By using the app, you (as a parent or guardian) agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
Downloading, accessing, or using Family Quest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
The service must be registered and controlled by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. Account and payment actions are protected by a Parental Gate; children may not independently create accounts or make purchases.
3. The service
Family Quest offers zero-prep interactive story islands, parent-child seek-and-find play, Time Capsule recordings, and a memory album. Content is written on the CASEL social-emotional learning framework and is for family entertainment and bonding only — it does not constitute educational, medical, or psychological professional advice.
4. Accounts & parental responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You are responsible for your child's use under your supervision, and consent to the recording and keeping of Time Capsule audio.
- Please provide truthful, accurate account information and keep it up to date.
5. Subscriptions & billing
- Free: the first 3 story islands and core features are free.
- Premium: US$7.99 / month or US$49.99 / year, unlocking all story islands and monthly new content.
- Payments are processed through the Apple App Store under its terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel a subscription or issue a refund; refunds follow Apple's policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, misuse, or interfere with the service, and not to redistribute content commercially.
7. Intellectual property
The app's stories, illustrations, audio, code, and brand are owned by Family Quest or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.
8. User content (Time Capsule)
Time Capsule recordings belong to your family. We claim no ownership of them and process them only to the minimum extent needed to provide storage and playback (see Privacy Policy Section 3), never for AI analysis or training.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family Quest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account anytime (see Delete Account). If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app and may require you to re-accept.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
