你可以随时在 Family Quest App 内自助删除账号。删除是永久且不可恢复的。
在 App 内删除（推荐）
- 打开 Family Quest，进入个人中心 / 设置。
- 点击删除账号，通过家长关卡（Parental Gate）验证。
- 阅读强警示二次确认——页面会明列将删除的内容（孩子档案 N 个、时光胶囊录音 N 条，不可恢复）。
- 确认后账号进入删除流程，完成即自动登出。
删除会级联删除：全部孩子档案、全部时光胶囊录音、章节进度与用户记录，云端与本地缓存一并清除。此操作无法撤销。
关于订阅
删除账号不会自动取消或退款你的订阅。若你有有效订阅，请另行前往设备的 App Store 账户设置 取消，否则可能继续扣费。退款依 Apple 政策办理。
无法登录时
如果你无法登录 App 完成删除，请从注册邮箱发送删除请求至 privacy@familyquest.app，我们会在核实身份后于合理期限内处理。
数据保留
删除后我们不再保留可识别的账号数据；仅在法律要求时保留最小限度的记录（如交易凭证）。详见 隐私政策。

Delete Account

You can delete your account yourself in the Family Quest app anytime. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Delete in-app (recommended)
- Open Family Quest and go to Profile / Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and verify through the Parental Gate.
- Read the strong second confirmation — the page lists exactly what will be deleted (N child profiles, N Time Capsule recordings, unrecoverable).
- After you confirm, the account enters deletion and you are signed out automatically when it completes.
Deletion cascades: all child profiles, all Time Capsule recordings, chapter progress, and user records — cleared from both cloud and local cache. This cannot be undone.
About subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel or refund your subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your device's App Store account settings, or you may continue to be charged. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
If you can't sign in
If you cannot sign in to delete in-app, send a deletion request from your registered email to privacy@familyquest.app. We will process it within a reasonable time after verifying your identity.
Data retention
After deletion we no longer retain identifiable account data; we keep only the minimum records required by law (e.g., transaction receipts). See our Privacy Policy.
