Family Quest（「我们」）是一款面向 3–6 岁儿童家庭的亲子共玩 App。我们深知你把孩子的成长时刻托付给了我们，保护家庭隐私——尤其是儿童隐私——是我们的第一原则。本政策说明我们收集什么、如何使用、以及你拥有的权利。

1. 我们收集的信息

• 家长账号信息：注册所需的邮箱地址（或第三方登录的账号标识）。账号属于家长，不属于儿童。
• 孩子档案：仅昵称与年龄档（3–4 / 5–6），用于匹配适龄内容。我们不要求也不收集孩子的真实姓名、生日、照片或其他 PII。
• 时光胶囊录音：由家长主动按下录音键录制的孩子回答音频，存储于家长账号下（见第 3 节）。
• 使用数据：章节进度、道具、订阅状态等，用于跨设备同步与提供服务。
• 设备与诊断数据：为排障与稳定性收集的匿名/聚合技术数据，不用于识别个人。

2. 我们如何使用信息

• 提供并同步核心服务（故事岛、进度、时光胶囊、订阅权益）。
• 维护账号安全、处理订阅与客服请求。
• 改进产品稳定性（仅使用聚合、去标识化数据）。

我们不会基于儿童数据做行为广告投放，App 内无第三方广告。

3. 时光胶囊录音（重点）

时光胶囊录音是家庭的私密记忆，我们的处理方式：

• 仅在家长主动录制时产生，存储于该家长账号下并加密保存。
• 绝不分享或出售给任何第三方。
• 绝不做语音识别、声纹提取、AI 分析或模型训练——我们只是替你保管，不做任何解析。
• 家长可随时在 App 内回放或删除单条录音；删除账号时全部级联删除。

4. 儿童隐私与 COPPA

本 App 面向家庭，功能由家长掌控。涉及儿童相关功能（含时光胶囊录音）时，我们通过 家长关卡（Parental Gate） 与可验证的家长同意（COPPA VPC）确保由家长知情并授权。我们遵循美国《儿童在线隐私保护法》（COPPA），不向 13 岁以下儿童直接收集 PII。

5. 数据共享与处理方

我们不出售个人数据。为运行服务，我们使用有限的受托处理方，且仅传递必要数据：

• Supabase——账号、进度与录音元数据的云端存储与同步。
• RevenueCat / App Store——订阅与支付处理（我们不接触你的完整支付卡信息）。
• 语音合成服务——仅用于生成故事旁白（预生成、不上传孩子录音）。

6. 数据保留与删除

数据在账号存续期间保留。你可在 App 内删除单条录音，或删除整个账号——删除账号会级联删除孩子档案、全部时光胶囊录音与用户记录，本地缓存一并清除。详见 删除账号。

7. 你的权利

依据 GDPR / CCPA 等法规，你有权访问、更正、导出或删除你的数据，并撤回同意。行使权利请通过下方邮箱联系我们。

8. 安全

我们采用传输加密（HTTPS）与静态加密、行级访问控制（RLS）等措施保护数据。但没有任何系统能保证绝对安全。

9. 国际数据传输

你的数据可能在你所在国家/地区以外处理与存储；我们会采取适当保障措施。

10. 政策变更

政策更新时我们会更新本页日期，重大变更将在 App 内提示。

• 使用資料：章節進度、道具、訂閱狀態等，用於跨裝置同步與提供服務。
• 裝置與診斷資料：為排障與穩定性收集的匿名/彙總技術資料，不用於識別個人。

2. 我們如何使用資訊

• 提供並同步核心服務（故事島、進度、時光膠囊、訂閱權益）。
• 維護帳號安全、處理訂閱與客服請求。
• 改進產品穩定性（僅使用彙總、去識別化資料）。

時光膠囊錄音是家庭的私密記憶，我們的處理方式：

• 絕不做語音辨識、聲紋擷取、AI 分析或模型訓練——我們只是替你保管，不做任何解析。
• 家長可隨時在 App 內回放或刪除單條錄音；刪除帳號時全部級聯刪除。

Privacy Policy

Family Quest ("we", "us") is a parent-and-child play app for families with children aged 3–6. We know you're entrusting us with your child's growing-up moments, and protecting family privacy — especially children's privacy — is our first principle. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

1. Information we collect

• Parent account: the email address (or third-party sign-in identifier) needed to register. The account belongs to the parent, not the child.
• Child profile: only a nickname and age band (3–4 / 5–6), used to match age-appropriate content. We do not request or collect a child's real name, birthday, photos, or other PII.
• Time Capsule recordings: audio of a child's answer, recorded only when a parent presses record, stored under the parent's account (see Section 3).
• Usage data: chapter progress, items, and subscription status, used for cross-device sync and to provide the service.
• Device & diagnostic data: anonymous/aggregated technical data for troubleshooting and stability, not used to identify individuals.

2. How we use information

• Provide and sync the core service (story islands, progress, Time Capsule, subscription entitlements).
• Maintain account security and handle subscription and support requests.
• Improve product stability (using aggregated, de-identified data only).

We do not run behavioral advertising based on children's data, and there are no third-party ads in the app.

3. Time Capsule recordings (important)

Time Capsule recordings are your family's private memories. Here's how we handle them:

• Created only when a parent actively records, stored under that parent's account and encrypted.
• Never shared or sold to any third party.
• Never subjected to speech recognition, voiceprint extraction, AI analysis, or model training — we simply keep them for you, with no parsing.
• Parents can play back or delete any single recording in-app anytime; all are cascade-deleted when the account is deleted.

4. Children's privacy & COPPA

The app is designed for families and controlled by parents. For any child-related feature (including Time Capsule recordings), we use a Parental Gate and verifiable parental consent (COPPA VPC) to ensure a parent is informed and authorizes it. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not collect PII directly from children under 13.

5. Data sharing & processors

We do not sell personal data. To run the service we use a limited set of trusted processors, sharing only what is necessary:

• Supabase — cloud storage and sync for accounts, progress, and recording metadata.
• RevenueCat / App Store — subscription and payment processing (we never see your full payment card details).
• Text-to-speech service — used only to generate story narration (pre-generated; children's recordings are not uploaded).

6. Data retention & deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. You can delete a single recording in-app, or delete your entire account — deleting the account cascade-deletes child profiles, all Time Capsule recordings, and user records, and clears local cache. See Delete Account.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR / CCPA and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

8. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and row-level access control (RLS), among other measures. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. International data transfers

Your data may be processed and stored outside your country/region; we apply appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy we will update the date on this page, and notify you in-app of material changes.
